While studying agricultural management at Worcester’s Boland College he became involved in winemaking groups and decided to try it out. With six local and a few foreign harvests under his belt, he has done well for himself and is known to make award winning NLH. When he was four years old, his father made the first certified NLH from a co-operative (in 1978 in McGregor, as it happens) and he recalls tasting the sweet, botrytised wines at home when little.
Visitors are invited to taste a great variety of excellent award winning white, red and sparkling wines as well as heavenly dessert wines that is paired with incredible photos taken by local Photographer Hansen Preuss.
Eight wines of the Badsberg wine range is paired with eight of Hansen’s photo that he took of the surrounding area where we are situated, every wine and photo has a story.
