Chef Tiaan holds a special place in his heart for Stellenbosch, a place which he has called home for 27 years. He’s all about keeping it local. A professional chef for the last 9 years, Chef Tiaan has worked with some of South Africa’s culinary elite, being able to boast the names of Bertus Basson and Margot Janse amongst those on the list. His relaxed and passionate approach to his food manifests itself in the gastronomic creations themselves. He describes his style of cooking as “scatter food”.
